Hello and welcome to Litabit of Joy! My name is Liz, your home baker!
A little about me; I am married and my husband is in the Army! We have 3 wonderful children, plus 2 dogs! I have been blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom!
I always loved baking with my Dad growing up, and it turned into something I loved doing with my own kids!
When COVID hit and we were stuck at home my love for baking grew! I started trying new things and having my family be my taste testers! I watched youtube video after youtube video and practiced almost every day! I started with cakes and cupcakes, then I ventured into decorated sugar cookies!
